Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we'll notify you by email.

At this time, Elevate Fitness ships only within the United States.

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We may offer free shipping promotions on select products or qualifying orders from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, Elevate Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, or other events outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at sales@elevatefitness.shopping. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable), and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
